  4. We don’t store the hotel's contact details on our site.

    If you’ve made a booking, you’ll need to contact your online travel agent or check search engines to find their contact details.

    If you need to ask for a special request (late check in, airport shuttle..etc) , the best thing for you to do is contact the hotel in question directly and ask them if your request is possible as we don't manage your booking or payments.

  5. My Booking Confirmation
  6. If you wish to retrieve your booking confirmation email, you’ll need to contact the online travel agent you booked with. You can find their contact details by visiting their website.

    If you can't remember the travel agent you used to book with then tried the below tips:

    If you used our 'Book Direct' option; then the hotel you booked with manages your booking, you will find their contact details directly on your booking confirmation in your email inbox.

  7. Cancel my Booking
  8. To cancel your booking, you'll need to contact the online travel agent you booked your hotel with. You can find all their contact details on your booking confirmation email or by visiting their website. If you used our 'Book Direct' option; then the hotel you booked with manages your booking, you will find their contact details on your booking confirmation email. The easiest way to cancel the booking is via your booking confirmation email, at the top there is a tab that says 'cancel this booking' please click here if you wish to cancel. Alternatively you can contact the hotel directly using the contact details on the confirmation and cancel it over the phone/email. In terms of cancellation fees you will have to check the terms and conditions on the booking confirmation.

  9. Modify my Booking
  10. To modify your booking, you will need to contact the online travel agent you booked your hotel with. You can find all their contact details on your booking voucher or by visiting their website. If you used our 'Book Direct' option; then the hotel you booked with manages your booking, you will find their contact details directly on your booking confirmation in your email inbox.

  12. The prices we display are inclusive of all your search criteria, these are displayed directly to you by our online travel partners so you can compare and maximise your booking.

    If you find a different price upon redirection to the online travel partner's website, it may be that certain taxes and fees are not included on our website which you then see once redirected to their website. If you are still experiencing a price difference that you don't think are related to the taxes then feel free to contact us so we can have a look into it immediately.

    It's very easy to look for the best hotel deal! Simply enter your preferred travel dates, your desired destination and the number of guests and click search! Select your preferred property in the list of search results, and select the room type/rate you want to pay. You will then be transferred to one of our online partner websites or to the hotelier's portal if you opt for the book direct option to complete your booking. So stunningly easy!

    1. The lower rate must be available on the website that is not participating in wingotel.com comparison process.

As hotel prices can change frequently, you must contact us by email at info@wingotel.com within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room from the lowest priced booking provider using wingotel.com. Your email should include the following information: your name, reservation number, copy of the confirmation e-mail/voucher and the website where the lower rate is available.

    4. The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.

    5. The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when we validate your claim, within the 24 hour period.

    6. The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through the best priced booking provider using wingotel.com on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions.

    7. The lower rate must be in the same currency.

    8. Wingotel.com will only refund the difference between the rate found on the lowest priced booking provider that participates with wingotel.com and the lower rate if your reservation through the wingotel.com participating provider is completed and not cancelled and not subject of a no-show.

    9. "Best Price Guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.

    10. If your claim is successful the "Price Difference Refund" will be issued within 30 days after the check-out date of your reservation with the best priced booking provider listed on wingotel.com.

    11. Payment can be made to PayPal accounts.
